
Ryan W. Livermore, MDDr. Livermore is a board-eligible, fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, and shoulder reconstruction surgery.
Dr. Livermore earned his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2002. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. He continued his post-graduate training by completing the Sports Medicine & Shoulder Fellowship at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery/ Weill-Cornell School of Medicine in New York City. As a fellow, Dr. Livermore was an assistant team physician for the New York Mets Major League Baseball Organization while working with world renowned sports medicine and shoulder physicians.
Dr. Livermore proudly joined the staff of Kansas Joint & Spine Institute in August of 2008. He is a clinical instructor for the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita.
